I can read "N AVG COS.." on the observe and it looks like a sea turtle on the back with S and C on the very edges.

Oh yea, the coin is 27mm and I can get the weight if needed.

Any help with ID would be awesome. Thanks very much for your help.

Setting the parameters via the advanced search function at coinproject.com (bronze for material, "N AVG COS III" for the obverse legend, and eagle for reverse design), this comes up:

Thanks so much bob! That's it :) I was using acsearch and I didn't realize it was an eagle. I kept putting in Turtle LOL.
