But I do like dealing with him, and have gotten some nice coins from him through the years, one of which got referenced in an issue of
The Celator, in a summary of the results of one of his auctions. I also always appreciate the trust he shows returning customers, often sending them the coins they've won
prior to payment being made.
And his humor and occasional hyperbole are entertaining. A few years back his email promotion of his latest auction read:
"The sale boasts 558 lots, of superlative quality for the most discriminating connoisseurs. Enter the catalog and you will be transported on wings of angels into a veritable dreamworld of numismatic treasures."
