Found this in a lot of wheats and it looks like a few doubled dies I've seen on 1943 and 1944 Lincoln cents. I see doubling under the Y in liberty, and no where else. Is this a real doubled die or am I seeing things?
Note the 'RTY' devices are thinner than the rest of the devices on Liberty. Also note the left side of thr R? Looks like that is part of the reduction of that device. So the die was normal in size, but now is reduced on that device. A hub doubled die would be enlarged, not reduced. So this is not a doubled die. But just a normal die showing over polishing.
