Is this normal on a roosavelt dime ? I was board and ceriouse of whAT A rosavelt dime I seen a 97 very small on rosavelt nose ? I don't know what to think besides I believe my eyes that is what I seen because I said what I seen to my self out mouse then I looked at the date of the dime witch was 97 ? Can some one teach me something about this by chance ?

If it is mirrored and incuse, then it was transferred from another coin.
