And while I am pretty certain exactly which VAM it is I will sit back and leave it to the pros while I cry. Pretty sure it's the one I have hunted for in the wild for almost a year now and this is an incredible example if I am correct. Seeing yours so clearly in the pictures does give me hope in my searches. I won't let the cat out of the bag but putting exactly which VAM this is in the topic will cause this one to have a flame. May want to request grade opinions and concider slabbing it.

Well I have been looking for a little over 7 years and this is the 1st one I found on line and at shows, so Jan 1 started off as a Happy New Year!

I'd say I search around a dozen coin sites weekly ebay online auctions and coin stores with online inventory one day maybe very stellar example I may add need to put the VAM in your title for maximum exposure this will be like a brush fire in july. Like I had said though seeing it plain as day on your coin shows me it's there and can be found.

Not an expert myself here to learn more than anything. Correct me if I am wrong but is that not doubling on the reverse most noticeable on the "NI" of united? Is it true doubling? And if it is is it required for the 14.11?

It is a VAM-14.11 and while the OB image is not close to good, when I changed the image to a Negative, It looks like it could be the even rarer VAM-14.11a with only 1 other example known! When I get it in hand I will know. Until then its just a VAM-14.11 !
The dot on the "F" of "OF" tells what the reverse die is, and then you just run down the OB dies. Once your have done this about 10 to 20 times you come to recognize crack patterns that are on the more common types, as well as other tell tale pick up points of the other more common varieties.
