Not sure. Been dabbling with my new Strike it Rich with Pocket Change book and I'm sure it's just getting my imagination going

I think I see the split serif on the lower left and slightly on the upper left. Let me know and Happy New Year!

You are right,but it is a damaged mint mark punch not a RPM.
