What's giving off the blue color on the obverse?

Scratch over left eye of the bear, radial scratch below 'M', scratch above paw, indent above other paw, scratch on right leg of bear, scratch in field next that.
(Obviously, I am nit - picking a bit). When you just look quickly at the coin, none of the scratches that I mentioned are noticeable.

Very difficult to find similar scratches on the reverse, because the miriad of high points in the design have protected it. Small indent near base of foremost tower leg.

MS-64.


I have a similar example in my collection, that would grade 62 or 3, next to this one.
