Hello Coin Community and Happy New Year!
I've been noticing these indents on a lot of the newer quarter and was hoping someone could tell me if this is a mint error or not. If it is, please share what it is called.

PSD..Post Strike Damage...aka bag marks, most likely left the mint with them
