Appears to be a Curved Struck Through or Lamination Near Lincoln's Face? What type of Material would have caused this Error Condition? Any Thoughts? Thanks.

It's not a lamination. It's some type of struck thru debris.

Material? You can use your imagination. Whatever you think it was, works for me.
