There are quite a few RPMs on the wartime nickels. It may be 1942-P RPM-007. I see the die gouges in the "RIB" of PLURIBUS, and the mm is in the right position.
There is too much wear on your coin to see the obverse die crack or reverse die chip that are other markers for RPM-007. There either is a die clash or die crack through "E P" of EPU, and that is not noted for this variety. Maybe a later die state? If is isn't RPM-007, the other decent possibility is RPM-003.
