I pulled this out of a big bin of mixed US and foreign coins at my Local coin show today. I was able to work the dealer down to $7 on this one. It was buried at the very bottom so I was surprised it wasn't greatly beat up by the time I got to it. Looks late 60's maybe 70's or 80's  ?
