1990 P And D Mint Set - Penny With Red Ink On Obverse? Mint Error?

Asg313 New Member United States 9 Posts	Posted 01/07/2020 4:07 pm How does this happen? Is it common? Does anyone else own a set with this type of mint error? All other coins are in perfect condition. Including the reverse to the penny. Just the obverse appears as if it came in contact with the red ink somehow... shed some light! Thx everyone!
