1979 D Lincoln Cent
Is this an RPM or not.
I have 2 identical 1979 D with the same notch in the lower left of the D.

1979-D-Lincoln-Cent-RPM?
1979-D-Lincoln-Cent-RPM?
1979-D-Lincoln-Cent-RPM?

Looking forward to you opinion.
Thank You

I just don't think it is enough. All the ones I see listed have something outside of the primary D. It is too miner of an RPM to get it listed in my opinion. Lets see what the experts say.

In 1979 the D mintmark punch was broken, resulting in this little notch on the lower corner. Normal for this year and on multiple denominations as well. http://www.error-ref.com/broken-punch/
