1964 Nickel Please Look, I Don't Know How To Describe This

So this is a little exciting for me, I don't even know how to begin describing this coin. I'll let the pictures do the talking for the most part, but I do want to point out that on the obverse there seems to be another coins imprint on the lower left. The edges has no folds, yet it is as thin as a penny. You can see that the coin is also oblong.

Please, your opinions are needed. Sorry for all the pictures

Severe PSD (Post Strike Damage). Not an error coin. Just a heavily damaged coin.

I've seen coins with this type of damage from solid/hard wheeled forklifts on a smooth cement floor.
