A 1767 Escalin from the Austrian Netherlands Angel face privy (= Brussels mint) 1 Escalin = 1/9 Kronenthaler or 6 (silver) French sols In terms of the Liard and Stuiver as seen previously, 1 Escalin = 24 Liards or 6 Stuivers

Wow! Already a big day. Nice parade of German states, @pepactonius, and we've now had quite a run of those duits. Quote: 1 Escalin = 1/9 Kronenthaler or 6 (silver) French sols In terms of the Liard and Stuiver as seen previously, 1 Escalin = 24 Liards or 6 Stuiver Extremely helpful! I've been adding some 17th and 18th century Brabant coins to my collection, and wondered how these denominations fit together. 1767 - Poland-Lithuania Commonwealth, 4 groszy = 1 zloty. 80 to the mark.

Just one coin from this era, a super worn 1766 Irish Halfpenny, whether its real or not doesn't matter as this is nasty. It was issued in 1766 and 1769 but I am sure the last figure is a 6 and the silhouette is our Georgie, now much younger than the bull head of 50 years later.
