Lincoln All Decked Out In Camo Fatigues!

The first two pictures are from the auction, the last one I took with the coin in hand check out the purple and blue! The grain reminds me of camoflauge. Report this Post to the Staff

hc8604 Valued Member United States 303 Posts	Posted 10/11/2008 8:07 pm Looks exactly like tiger stripe camo. I have a 1939 Lincoln kind of like that. It is golden colored, but there were green gunk on it. I cleaned it off with water, but the green stuff left brown streak spots like yours. It is not toning though. Report this Post to the Staff

My university's colours are orange and purple, our mascot is the tiger. Some renditions of the tiger have orange and purple stripes. Seeing orange and purple tiger stripe toning on a coin is just too cool to me!
