Anyone else think this might be a Roman Brothel Token? I doubt it, more than likely a medieval coin of some sort, but this would be a neat find if it is. The reverse or obverse is completely worn.

It's a 16th or early 17th century copper maravedis from Spain. Rather than minting new coins, they just stamped the new value on them when they needed to be re-denominated to maintain their buying power. It was at least a 6 maravedis at one point.
