It could be a Roman antoninianus, 3rd century, worn beyond further identification.

The animal on the reverse suggests to me it might be an issue of Gallienus. I'd just add that it also can't be ruled out that it's barbarous.

I think it is a barbarous coin .The image of the radiate crown on the obverse is typical barbarous .
If you turn the reverse 90 ° , left or right , it can be a man or a woman , I know onlr commemorative coins for Claudius Gothicus wit an animal , an eagle .I think it is a barbarous Tetricus I or II coin .albert

The reverse is this, but the emperor ? Maybe POSTVNVS, VICTORIANVS or someone around them
