Ex jewelry piece.
A bit too damaged to have any real value over the gold bullion value.

I bought my 1853 example of the gold Dollar, for £1 10/-, at a coin show in Didsbury (suburb of Manchester), waaay back in 1971.
I also bought a newly issued copper nickel 1970 Australian Captain Cook bicentennial dodecagonal 50 Cents.

I still have them both. They bring back memories.
