My Chihuahua 1856/4 CA RG is an overdate, as are all known specimens per Dunigan and Parker reference. Also,it has a major mint striking error. Can you spot it ?

Please share any striking errors in the Cap and Rays series that you have.

I see a multiple strike. The eagle's head and the snake are clear on the eagle's left wing. That same degree of rotation seems to be seen on a second series of lower rays on the cap.

There is also a possible small planchet clip at the 20 of the assayer statement.

Initially I thought I could see evidence of die clashing as well. No certain but
