It is NOT an Obv 2 ... look at the chin/throat, crown tip, and neck truncation in relation to the bead. A nice scarce coin.

Also look at the foot of the N in regina I find that to be the easiest marker to spot

The foot of the N in Regina is only good for ID'ing the 1884 Obv 1's. The mint went ahead and punched out the foot of the N from the 1876 dies or '81/82's, except for the huge offset repunching tries then.
