In the pictures, the multi color toning has masked the the underlying cartwheel luster, making it difficult to see. Localized light areas in the toning have also masked the ability to assess the (tiny?) amount of wear on the high points of the design - especially the obverse.
That is going to make it a bit difficult for us to grade. A third party grader when examining this coin in hand with a 10x loupe, will be in a far better position to grade this coin than we can. It is a pity that the potential value of this coin is unable to justify the grading and shipping fees.
The grading opinions that we come up with in this thread are likely to have wide range.

I agree, pictures vs in hand are difficult to compare always. Sadly, even if a coin isn't artificial toned, TPG oftentimes give a coin an artificial toned details designation anyways, which doesn't make the person who paid the premium to have it graded happy when they pulled it directly from a mint cello pack, holder, etc with the toning in tow, and other coins will get a star designation because an oil smudge across Lincoln's bust from a thumb toned it nicely. It is what it is. Regardless, I liked the coin, so added it to the pile, figured I'd share.

although copper can display all sorts of colors when its toning based on its environment, typically it is more smoothly distributed across the surfaces. the blotchiness and spotting may have been due to a cleaning where the solvent was not completely removed and over time resulted in this occurring. the round spots of toning on both sides seem to corroborate this. UNC details (AT or improperly cleaned)
