Hi All— Haven't seen specifics on the topic besides some passing references, but has anyone ascertained any idea whether there exists a value for one of the BONY Fugios in its original presentation case? Not looking to risk removal from the resin as yet (I've read varied opinions on that front) but wondering whether this might be appealing to a specialized collector in its state. Also have the original box and the info leaflet it came with, as presented likely in the early 1950s (if family memory is any good).

Tried ascertaining the Newman reference for this (though assume the odds are 13-X from what I've read of the hoard), but it obviously can't be weighed and hard to tell vs pics without an explanation of what I'm even looking for in terms of one variety to the next.

Would greatly appreciate any thoughts or guidance. Many thanks in advance.

Your guess is right 13-X. I'm surprised the coin isn't a little sharper considering the BONY coins were uncirculated.

I knew these existed, but it is interesting to actually see one.
