What's a dime?
Kinda looks to be about the size of a ten cent coin.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Since Canada stopped making the penny in 2012 does this make "all" pennies from there... rare to some extent? What about 1/2 pennies?

The line is a feeder finger scrape and the rest is die polishing by the mint to buff out the feeder scrapes. I found a couple yesterday, but sadly no premium it seems.
