Could either be a severe die clash or a vise job. Can you post an image of both sides of the full coin?

Well it is transferred of a nickel by squeezing a nickel onto a vise. I would like to see a full image of the coin to see see if it was done with a full coin, or a partial coin. Looks like it was squeezed twice, but the rim is not showing. Also reverse images to see how badly the coin was bent. PSD.
