Not a Greaser.besides being very worn,if you pay attention to the reverse,it looks warped. it is a damaged coin probably run over.

The coin was damaged. Pushed through from obverse and out on the reverse that flattened the devices from what ever hit the obverse. (possible hammer on steel like an anvil. PSD.
