Hello everyone check this out pretty cool 1983 d over s I believe the back I know e pluribus unum is doubled as well look at the e and then look at the s right above it I think it's a double die reverse but if someone can clarify that I would be appreciative thank you

Just split plating on the mintmark. The zinc gets exposed and swells and zinc rot sets in. Not a RPM.
