I know it's probably nothing but I've never seen a us coin with a rim like the reverse on this one. It looks like it was stamped in the middle of another dime. Maybe it was stamped twice? On the obverse, which is in bad shape, it looks to me like there are shadows of other letters between the letters in LIBERTY, under the word TRUST, the mintmark and date. My eyes aren't the greatest in the world though.
Do you mean obverse? The seam seems to be on Roosevelt's forehead. Can you take a clearer photo in better light? It's hard to tell if it's environmental damage or a die crack from this one. My guess is environmental damage, since it doesn't seem to extend to the rim and kind of looks incuse. Could also be a strike through error, but that's the least likely and would definitely require better photos to confirm.
