PCGS - Among the very finest known 1831 Capped Bust quarters that exists, everything about this gem is exceptional. With the aid of magnification, nothing but the most insignificant imperfection can be found. Whether you are a bust quarter collector, or looking for a world class example for a type set, this coin should not be overlooked and should see very strong bidding for sure!

Not a big fan on toning, but for that coin I will happily make an exception. A real beauty.

Mine isn't that good.
Mine is AU-55.
But I'll stick with it.
I don't particularly care for toning like that.

Oh my....that is sweet. Making a prediction, based on the provenance and color, I would not be surprised at a $51,000 hammer price.

IMO High grade capped bust coins are seriously undervalued in the market right now. $50k is what it will probably sell around, but I think we could see these appreciate to 80k$ in the next decade
