This mint date seems a little different, than what I have seen. the tail of the 5 appears to be a little elongated. and there does not appear to be a design in the O Zero.

any thoughts and opinions is greatly appreciated

It looks like the bottom of the 5 has taken a hit changing the shape slightly.
There is a design in the O from the photo supplied. That is the full design variety.
Seeing that your in the Grading Forum, I would grade it at VF20.
