VF35 but maybe too many nicks and scratches for a straight grade. The red fingernail polish should come off in an acetone bath.

VF35 sounds right to me. the issue is the scratch in front of the chin. that scratch appears to have displaced the metal. when a TPG see's that they most likely will details the coin. run your nail across it to see if it catches and you can feel the edges of it
