1989 D LMC DDO & DDR With Weird Finish. Opinions?

The coin looks as if it might have damage on it from the finish but it's bubbly, but there's almost no circulation damage. There are videos on both sides and it looks very new. Thank you for your time and responses!

Thank you. I will look up DDD. Does that detract Value from the coin or hurt it's grade, even if it is uncirculated?

The tiny bubbles are a plating problem over the zinc core which will only get worse and will eventually destroy the coin.

Given it is not a Doubled die reverse or a Doubled die obverse and has a plating issue it is still worth one cent. Spendable
