I see two nearly parallel lines--relatively long--on the reverse, one running SSW from the D in UNITED. The other just to the right of it--through the left upper side of the memorial building. Since you have the coin in-hand, what do you think these are?

Sorry guys I see a bad mark to the left of his mouth and nose, also on the rev left of the steps is a ding,

It may go MS65 if wrong please tell me why.

Also slight double scuffs in field above date and darkish mark under M in America. All of these would be minimal in hand, but still no better than 66.

I know coins in mint sets are generally not the best the mint can offer , but I really think the obverse of this Lincoln leaves little to be desired .
A few hits on face ,chin and nose . also those vertical lines on reverse gives me a RB coin with not much eye appeal . MS-64RB IMHO .

Not sure to be honest, they are not scratches as you can see, and you can't see them with the naked eye.
