1864 2 Cent Repunched Date? - Coin Community Forum

My question is would this coin be given the proper attribution at NGC as I am a member there and would send my coin to them? I've done some research and don't think PCGS would. Lucky me! I recently purchased a scope and was going through my coins and discovered the repunched date. Another question would this coin benefit from conservation? Thank you.
