Hi
I have a 1982 large date in really good condition and it weighs 3.1. Is this worth anything? And what exactly am I looking for on the 1982's ? I have inherited some coins and am new to this.

to CCF. You have a normal coin. In 1982 the mint made both copper and copper plated cents as well as small date and large date. The biggie is the small date copper from Denver.

You should be looking for the 1982 D Small Date Copper cent, all the other varieties are normal.
