1989 Toned Silver Eagle In A Counterfeit/Fake PCGS Holder?

Spud Valued Member United States 308 Posts	Posted 01/25/2020 11:19 am Saw this coin on ebay. I was looking for a toned one of these. But when I looked it up on PCGS website. It come up as a Lincoln Cent. So makes me think this seller is trying to pull a fast one. Especially sense a lot of other coins of his are artificially toned. Would like to hear from you all to see if you think I'm right or am I mistaken about this coin.
