Wondering what the grade is on this coin and what a fair value would be? coin is in a 2 x 2 and pretty sure that area near 'Y" in liberty is in the plastic. Did not want to remove from 2X2 in case I return the coin. Do you think this coin has been cleaned or original? thanks

I'll say AU details (heavily cleaned). Worth maybe $40?

I would definitely try to return this one if you can. The hairlines on the reverse indicate it has been harshly cleaned.
