Hello all,

Was looking through some of my pennies, being that I recently started using my new coin magnifier (AWESOME) and waned to share a coin with you all.

I am not too sure about it being a DDO, so would love to hear from you all!

I usually take photos of my coins, and then compare them to known DDO out there.

I compared to the known error on variety vista http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20...6PDDO001.htm and I see a bit of similarities (IN GOD WE TRUST) but not too sure if that is due to age, or an actual doubling.

I am thinking VLDS and damage.

What do you guys think?

I do not think yours is a DDO. In the link, the main PUP I see is the top of the U is notched.

Very common to find MD this year also:
1966-DDO-Penny-Found?

The DDO looks like this:
1966-DDO-Penny-Found?
1966-DDO-Penny-Found?
1966-DDO-Penny-Found?
1966-DDO-Penny-Found?

The area below the devices is not the direction for this DDO. On the bottoms of the devices on 'GOD' on your coin is showing Machine Doubling and metal striation lines on the bottoms of those devices.
