1940 LWC DDO Comparison

So I've just been looking on variety vista and the date on this just seems very similar to a couple of the listings.

I'm just finding it difficult to distinguish the dates from the non DDOs and the DDOs on the 1940 cents.

The thickness of the 9 is what's getting me, I will provide more pictures if necessary:

This coin looks normal, I don't see a thickness on the 9 other than a small damage to the left upper loop.

What does the motto show?
DDO-003 has a light class 6 doubling showing.
