Shiney 1959 Jefferson Rescued From Circulation. Thoughts?

Is_it_legit New Member United States 8 Posts	Posted 01/26/2020 12:12 pm I have never sent a coin in for grading, as I have recently picked up the hobby. But I figured I would get a community opinion on this piece as to whether or not I should invest. There seems to be odd markings as well as a prooflike appearance. Cant decide if its contact marks or something much more interesting. Any help would be appreciated. If you would like different angles or lighting or maybe under a scope let me know.
