I think I have a VAM here but I can't find an exact match in the VAM list. The closest I can find is 1922-P-VAM-2CP. Or 1922-P-VAM-11A

There also looks like a die gouge in the A of DOLLAR.
<edit> on further review, the A thing looks like PMD
<edit> added closeup of nose in case that may be a mint error and not PMD.
<edit> added better (I hope) closeup of spike.
