1985 P Nickel Doubled Mint Mark

I noticed this 1985 P nickel today, the Mint Mark seems doubled and has extra material inside the P. This seems to be the only affected area, the other devices just seem like Die Deterioration. Is it even possible for a double mint mark for this year?
