claythrowaway New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 01/29/2020 6:22 pm Ordered a random set of modern quarters from Littleton. They were advertised in the back of some magazine. Coins were described as brilliant uncirculated. Some were beautiful but some had these weird stains on them. Some of the stains were discolored. Would the stained ones still be considered mint state.
