Off the 1 might be 1 of 4 things 1) die chip 2)plating blister/bubble 3) zinc rot 4) PMD aka a hit and I think off the 9 is #3 zinc rot

to CCF. Bottom right on the 9 looks like plating debris. It is a spender.
