1987 Loonie No Detail - Coin Community Forum

Canada2 New Member Canada 4 Posts	Posted 02/01/2020 12:24 am I have 2 of these 1987 loonies and both have no details on both sides. They both look new. I can't see the Canadian Mint putting these out. The loonie I believe should weigh 7gr but I weighed them at122.4gr any idea what's going on with these loonies? there is no detail in the water lines trees loon or the queen any idea?
