Not sure of error terminology, but I found this strange rim error on a 1981 Cent while looking through a huge jug of Canadian pennies recently that hasn't been touched in 30 years. Weight is 2.75 grams.

Not sure what the error is besides off center strike. Gonna subscribe and see what the pros say.

Another view showing more of the extended rim (at least 1mm higher) against a normal 1981 cent.

an off center. The spooning you see is a result of the planchet not being in collar when struck
