I'm not sure why this was in with a bunch of random old coins that was giving to me.

Does Anyone know if this is some super amazing rare and expensive piece of art, that I could sell for billions?

Extremely common and the most common Australian stamp of 1942 to 1950 - a good copy may sell for 10 cents. That one has a missing corner as we say on Australian stamp boards
"ferret cage liner" sorry.

Dealers often buy and sell whole kilos of this stamp off paper for like $1. Some 500 million were printed.

2½d was the Local Postage rate in Australia between December 1941 and March 1950. Letters then were sent like emails are now.
