Hello everybody! Please tell
me what is this Arab token?
The inscription repeating word in arabic, under the
bird is some number,
128, or 138. What does this mean, why is it made?
Waiting for your ideas! I
couldn't find anywhere https://newauction.com.ua/offer/zhe...4209132.html

Add photos. The diameter is
almost 38 mm, the weight is
almost 20 grams. It looks
like brass. A word is
repeated in a circle, in the
center it is also. Can
anyone read?

It is a "magic token" from South-East Asia (Indonesia/Malaysia area), where orthodox Islamic belief is often mixed up with various local customs and superstitions (much to the annoyance of the local imams). One of those superstitions is that the Arabic word "Yasin" (taken from the Quran, the enigmatic first word of the 36th Sura), when repeated seven times, will bring good fortune / Allah's blessing. "Seven Yasins" medals are quite commonly made and sold as the Islamic equivalent of lucky charms. The number "138" is either a meaningless random number, or perhaps linked to Arabic numerology. I do not know what the bird represents; perhaps the dove from Noah's Ark?

Here is the zeno.ru database page of Southeast Asian Islamic magic coins. Your specific coin is not shown, but several similar types are.

Thank you very much for clarifying such a difficult question! It's very interesting what kind of token it is (for me this is something new, the token
doesn't look like anything I have seen before) The
main thing is that I managed
to attack the trail. I'll try to search, maybe something more can be found. I don't think that there's an exact explanation of
what kind of bird it is, one can only guess .. Maybe the
dove of Noah, but the bird doesn't look like a dove=)) The number probably means something in their
numerology. But this isn't so important.
