Unfortunately, I could not make better pictures, but the magnifier shows this to be a shallow indentation. Can it be a lamination error or just the usual suspect, Mr. PMD?

Yes, you must be right! That was my first thought too but when flashing light from the side, and it seemed to be deeper than the surrounding area, I gave it a try! But it must be just light reflection issue! Thanks for the comments!
