This was my dad's, He brought it back when he served in Military in Vietnam. I don't know the story of why he brought it back, I never got the chance to ask him.

but id figured just to see if anyone knows if its anything important and special.

It's a series 681 MPC. The real value in this particular note is sentimental. Many available in every grade. I was told the first two digits of the series is the appropriate time of printing. Series 681 would be around 1968.
